Democrats constantly telling other Democrats they’re “actually republicans” if they disagree is probably the worst tactical election strategy

I mean think about it. Someone tries to disagree with a Democratic strategy, talking point, whatever – you can agree with 90% of what the Democratic Party stands for – but just voicing that you disagree with something is constantly met with “you must be a Republican”, or just an assumption you voted for trump. Yet when republicans win, democrats seem to get some sense and throw out platitudes like “you don’t care about women!” Seeming to realize that it actually is or was possible for someone for vote for a candidate based on issues they view as most important but disagree with other issues. This completely drives people away from the party – because they are literally being told they don’t belong. How does anyone expect to win elections with this strategy?
