Basically I took it upon myself to plan about ~15 weeks worth of work that needed to be done at my job. I’d broken everything down into a day to day plan. I didnt get paid to do this I just wanted to put everything that needed to be done and how it could be done together. Then me and my boss got in a very heavy argument where he told me I never do anything. So I quit and removed his access to the doc since I never did anything for the company. He blocked me after this.
