My Dad passed away about a month ago and literally within minutes of finding out my family asked what I was gonna do with his vote…because it’s “what he would have wanted”. It’s literally voter fraud but they say the other side does it all the time. The reason I am asking now is because they just brought it up again. I have heard you can report someone as deceased but I don’t know how to proceed

EDIT/UPDATE I had no idea this was gonna blow up like it has and I definitely need to clarify some things. I DO NOT have his ballot. Even if I did never had a single thought of sending it in. I live out of the state. I notified the post office to forward all mail. I am receiving mail at my current address, but he is still receiving mail at his home address. My mom and a trusted neighbor have been collecting it what mail has been delivered. It is my Dad’s side that I am concerned with. I have camermas on the property.

My concern was them getting it and mailing it in themselves
