neighbor is pissed that we cut down branches of his tree that grew into OUR YARD. goofball

SOOO GET THIS,

This just happened 20 minutes ago. We hired a tree trimming service to cut our neighbors large tree that’s over growing over OUR YARD. The neighbor next to us is an old lady. Across the street is her son. So he speeds down the street, pulls into her driveway, stomps onto our yard and DEMANDS licensing and insurance from the tree trimmers. He knocks on our door and says the company (who i’ve been watching the whole time btw) has been talking shit to his 83 year old mother (they also don’t speak english so how could they?) (2 out of the 5 men there speak english but they have been in the back the whole time). But that’s not the point.. it’s the fact that he made up that lie to hit us with as soon as we opened the door. He starts going OFF on my dad saying that we’re not allowed to cut his tree that’s in our yard. Argument goes on and he starts talking about how he just doesn’t want a mess in her yard (nothing fell in her yard)….

BUT GET THIS!!!

A couple months ago he TRESPASSED INTO OUR YARD, KNOCKED DOWN OUR FENCE DOWN ONTO OUR PLANTS which took a while to recover (especially after being trampled on), SPILLED CONCRETE ALL OVER OUR YARD and when we confronted him, all he had to say was “You weren’t home so I couldn’t ask” and “Sorry, I won’t do it again”……. Oh! btw that fence he trespassed for? it’s not even straight. it goes around a tree and over our property line by a few inches.

Now… this is the same person that had connections to the city so they’ve called the city and reported violations against code, on other neighbors for stuff in their OWN YARD. This is the same man who tries to get into everyone’s business and control things… in a non HOA neighborhood.

——— Do note: Our state tree law says that we can legally trim roots and branches that are growing into our property. We already did the full research and talked to a few business under the city. It’s not a small tree either, it’s two massive trees that instead of growing straight up, grew east and half way across our backyard… But the sunlight we now have?? immaculate! Whole new backyard!
